you will need to purchase a home owners policy. Be sure to give
yourself some time to shop around to find the best rate possible.
If this cost was included in your costs to close, you will need
pay for it yourself prior to close and you will be reimbursed
at close. Be sure to check with your lender and your agent to
determine these terms.
