Negotiating Repairs

Once our inspections are complete we need to evaluate whether or not we have any repairs that may need to be negotiated. We will also wait for a Valuation & Conditions or VC sheet from the FHA Appraiser if necessary. The items listed on a VC sheet must be completed prior to close. These are also items that may need to be negotiated between the buyer and seller. Remember, these repairs need to be addressed within 10 days of an accepted purchase agreement. If there are no repairs or major concerns, your real estate agent will need to do an addendum releasing the inspection contingency.
