Each perspective relocation client is sent a relocation kit within 24 hours of receipt of his or her name. City Tours
Our agents are here to introduce you to Grand Rapids before you even begin looking for a home. We will determine your real estate needs while touring Grand Rapids and surrounding area so that you can get a feel for different communities, different school districts, and determine whether you would like to live in an urban area of Grand Rapids or a rural area. We offer our expertise of Grand Rapids Real Estate to Corporations that are interviewing perspective transferees. We are here to give city tours to not only the transferee but also the spouses so they may get a feel for the community. Whatever the needs of the Corporation, SunRise Realty is here to "sell" the community to that perspective transferee. There is, of course, no charge to the corporation for this service. Relocation packages are available for corporations to keep on hand and will be delivered within 72 hours and are usually delivered 10 at a time to Human Resource Departments. Depending on each clients needs, these tours of West Michigan Real Estate may be as short as 2 hours or as long and 2 or 3 days. Immediate listings in the Grand Rapids Real Estate market
The relocating customer is given a profile in the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors and current listings in the Grand Rapids Real Estate Area are then e-mailed to you within 24 hours of receipt of your requirements. If you wish to live in the communities along Lake Michigan, we also will put your profile in the West Michigan Lakeshore Board. Child Care
If your family is relocating we will also provide your children with their very own relocation package. Your children will also be provided with their own city tour featuring kid friendly things to do in the Grand Rapids area. A member of SunRise Reatly gives this tour.
