Alarm System—Change the code every two weeks. Unexpected Showings—We will call and give the date and time of every showing. If someone claiming to be a REALTOR shows up at your door unexpectedly and wants to see your home, you may ask for their pocket card. (This is NOT a business card) The pocket card is a wallet sized version of their real estate license.
